I’ve got a lot of balls in the air right now.
On Saturday, May 19th, I will be at the SFWA Nebula Conference in Pittsburgh, in particular I’ll be at the Clarion All Class Meetup from 3-6pm 😉
On Monday, May 21, I will be talking and reading at the Harry Science Fiction and Fantasy Club in Canton.
On Saturday, May 26, I will be on a panel of writers (including Mike Substelny and S. Andrew Swann) presenting a free workshop on Interactive Fiction for the Maelstrom Collaborative Arts group in Gordon Square.
And that’s just May!
I’ll be doing a talk on Cleveland and Science Fiction for the CWRU Library some time in the Summer or Fall (TBA! Spoiler: We hosted two worldcons in this town, including the one where STAR TREK was first aired as a pilot!), and I’m hoping to get around to doing another science fiction workshop for Lit Cleveland… I mean, eventually.
All of this is in addition to shopping around 2o-odd short stories, two novels, a novela, and working on a new interactive fiction project. I’m working on a handful of new stories to share with the world – like five in the hopper right now – and two new novels to boot. Because I have decided that Writing Is My Life right now.
What I’m saying is – catch me when I’m out and socialize with me! It may be your only chance!
